Keynotes and Orals:
Presentation Times:
- Keynote-Talks have a 30 min time slot (25 min talk + 5 min Q&A).
- Regular Oral-Presentations have a 15 min slot (12 min talk + 3 min Q&A).
Files:
- The talks should be prepared as Powerpoint (.pptx) or PDF files.
- 4:3 aspect ratio of the slides is recommended.
- Please make sure to bring a back-up of included media files, in case there are technical problems.
File Upload:
- Presentation file upload can be done in the speaker’s corner at the entrance hall facing the registration desk.
- Please check your file if everything is running correctly.
- Please do the upload latest in the break (coffee or lunch) but latest 30min before your session period starts.
Presentation:
- Microphone and Laserpointer will be available for presentation, if you want to check the equipment please visit, the speakers desk in the conference hall during the coffee break.
- Please contact your session chair before session start that they know you are available for your presentation.
Posters:
- Posters should be prepared in A0 size portrait format (841 x 1189 mm / 33,11 x 46,81 in)
- Your poster should be hang up at the corresponding place on Tuesday 17.09. until 12:30.
- The poster should remain up until the end of the scientific program on Thursday.
- During the poster session the presenting author should be available for discussion at the poster.
- Poster Number for hang up position, and time of the poster session will be announced in the published program.
