If a registration is cancelled by a participant we will refund:

• 100 % minus 50 EUR processing fee until August 1st
• 50 % until August 31st
• 0 % from September 1st

If the ticket is rebooked to another person, regardless of the date, only 50 EUR processing fee will be applied.

Should a participant not attend the event, for whatever reason, no further claims for reimbursement or waiving of fees can be made.
All participant are urged to take personal travel insurance.
